Wedding in November in Canada? Not a Problem!

On November 4, 2023 this couple got married. We were on a slimmer budget, but we worked together to maximize every dollar available. We kept consistency across the board with what flowers were used for the wedding. Incredibly super simple for the table centrepieces (mini bud vases, DIY) and then we did 2 ceremony arrangements – floor meadow – that could be moved to the reception for additional decor.

Don’t be afraid to discuss different options and feel free to ask for my opinion. If you are set on a very particular design, then I will do my best for you, but wanting something very particular and you are on a budget often brings challenges and we will both get frustrated. If you are on a budget, FLEXIBILITY IS KEY. Between our ideas we can come up with a solution that is acceptable for everyone and really makes your flower pop. Small budget for flowers? DON’T USE WHITE. They look like a “mass” of flowers and can look sparse… If you have a smaller floral budget – GO BOLD to make the flowers pop on your tables. Buy/rent things like coloured glass, coloured candles, candle holders, vases, etc. along with your pop of colourful flowers and your tables will fill out.

We went ALL OUT on the bridal bouquet, you can’t skimp on that 😀 Combined with a full bridesmaid bouquets and lovely floral pocket boutonnieres. We were set. If you give me a colour palette and not specific flowers, then I can really push the budget to the max and get more for your money!
