Gypsophila is the proper name for baby’s breath and this wedding was all baby’s breath. We also used eucalyptus. But the whole wedding was just the two elements. The bride, Jasmine, wanted simplicity and went with gypsophila for all arrangements including a poof in each wine bottle for centrepieces surrounded by eucalyptus.
