Our feature flower for this wedding was roses. We used 6 different kinds, White Cloud, White Ohara, Vendela, White Majolika, Pink Mondial and Mother of Pearl. The bride loved roses, but she didn’t want flat boring designs. We added a few other flowers to bring in some texture and of course, some foliages and eucalyptus to balance the arrangements.
Grandma got her own bouquet and signed the register as one of the witnesses. So cute!
The two tones of blush – the pinkier Pink Mondial and the peachy/beige Mother of Pearl softened the arrangements to add contrast between the other ivories and whites.
We did a sweetheart table arrangement and a garland on a shelf behind, which was very tricky since it was only a few inches wide. If it wasn’t for that sign we could attach it to, we would have been in big trouble!
My version of a rose filled wedding!
Other flowers and foliages used: white ranunculus, white stock, white veronica, white waxflower, parvifolgia, italian ruscus, israeli ruscus, salal, variegated pittosporum.
